Breaking the Cocoon Phase:(2012-2014) Built custom mobile applications on WP8.Got a change to migrate code base (of whole vertical) to Java7 from Java6 with another team member.Used Scala for one module and opened up a site level discussion on Scala.Became strong pursuant of TDD.Started using Kanban for team as a part of production support.Exploring ways to disrupt existing tools to achieve more scalability and performance.Incubation Phase: (2009-2012) Started looking at problems not from solutions perspective but from need perspective. Involved in development of web application and maintenance of existing infrastructure code. Suggestions in designing the application layers, selection of technologies, building the flow and UI layout, writing custom javascript, writing deployment scripts were some of the tasks.
