•Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ field installations•Communicate and work with outside engineers, regulators, contractors and municipalities to minimize conflicts and coordinate workflow• Daily Safety Walks• Participate in post-project reviews and variance analysis.• Scheduling Inspections with Permitting Jurisdictions• Assists in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports that discuss, in detail, the status of the project• Manages daily staff assignments and participates in monthly staff meetings

• Assisted the project manager in planning of the project and overseeing its progress.• The technical point of contact for the client of the project and other contract personnel.• Liaising with construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors prior to construction• Securing of building permits and licenses• Supervision and co-ordination of on-site construction activities of the project• Actively involved in marketing and sales of the project• Scheduling, Planning's, Surveying and Observations Field work and safety criteria• Measurements and checking the standard of the material.• Planning for further works and management for needs• Prepare Reports for office records, field works and data entries• Management as per government standards and Regulations • Fulfills Clients Requests & reviews their Estimation
