•First Point of contact for Clients, Construction manager, and other stakeholders for successful execution of projects.•Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure projects work as planned, designed, and specified.•Carry out progressive audits as required on the project against time and budget.Solve issues proactively that may arise on-site and communicate with stakeholders if required.•Ensure the site is compliant to operational health and safety.•Procurement of material, machine, and traders, ensuring availability per schedule. •Project coordination including but is not limited to quotes, change orders, purchase orders, and client invoices using software like BuilderTrend.•Participate in Weekly Progress meetings with Construction managers.

• Developing engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches – landscape design and structural design• Prepare construction specifications, cost and material estimates, project schedules andreports.• Assisting in the design and development of construction projects with the help of Auto-CAD.• Modifying established practices or applying newly developed engineering practices• Overseeing specialist engineering tasks such as design drafting, estimating and operationscontrol tests and evaluates construction materials and techniques• Providing marketing and support advice on such as construction materials• Outlineing work programs and reviews these for accuracy, adequacy and feasibility plans,supervises and coordinates the work of others.
