As an independent Executive Coach and Director at BK Health, I empower individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential through leadership and team development. I have over eight years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating workshops for the NHS South East Leadership Academy, the BOB GP Fellowship programme, and other clients in the healthcare sector.My approach combines theory and practice, drawing on my EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor credentials, an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership. I also leverage my expertise as a practising General Practitioner, an Educator, and a Strategy lead for my organisation.
