I have been in the insurance industry almost 30 years & have had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people! Over the span of my career, I have worked in Claims, Policy Processing, Supervisory, Underwriting, Agency Support, Agency Consulting, & Agency Training. What a great industry! Currently I am part of the Agency Training team as the TAPP Coordinator at Westfield Insurance, a regional property & casualty insurance company based in Westfield Center, Ohio. Since 2004 I have had the greatest job of my career as I get to work with our new producer school (TAPP)! How awesome it is to see new talent come into our industry, diamonds in the rough, see them succeed, & become agency owners!!Specialties: Agency Automation

My job is to provide training for our independant agency base on our automation Westfield's automation products. I also have the wonderful opportunity to work on perpetuation education with our TAPP (The Agent's Association Perpetuation Plan) program. The core of this program is training new producers on product & sales to give them a jump start on their career. This is the best part of the job...see new talent come in the door & seeing them succeed and become professional insurance councelors! Some moving on to agency ownership, other just being $1M producers. And of course there are special projects that I get to work on that allows me to work closely with some of our agent's.
