I was literally born with the need to make things work. Both of my parents suffered from debilitating illnesses. I took primary responsibility to ensure that my siblings and I were successful from a very early age. This experience provided me with the opportunity to develop skills that contributed to my success as a leader, visionary, change agent and manager. I developed an uncommon level of common sense, intuition and integrity. These strengths combined with my ability to see key connections early, learn quickly and skillfully pivot when necessary make me an expert problem solver. Have extensive experience in organizational development, strategic application of new technologies and program management. I am skilled at helping companies seize opportunity with the ability to think strategically and coach others to produce optimum results. I work effectively in and with startups, mid-size and large companies to deliver profitable and scalable solutions. Some examples of groundbreaking solutions include developing the first integrated virtual factory, creating a costing automation system that enabled a new way of quoting and design, developing and deploying the first OEM operational company portal. As a consultant and coach I have utilized the breadth of my abilities to help individuals deal with major life changing events and companies capitalize on opportunity. This has included career / life change coaching, end of life advocacy and special needs advocacy.
