I was literally born with the need to make things work. Both of my parents suffered from debilitating illnesses. I took primary responsibility to ensure that my siblings and I were successful from a very early age. These strengths combined with my ability to see key connections early, learn quickly and skillfully pivot when necessary make me an expert problem solver. I work effectively in and with startups, mid-size and large companies to deliver profitable and scalable solutions. Some examples of groundbreaking solutions include developing the first integrated virtual factory, creating a costing automation system that enabled a new way of quoting and design, developing and deploying the first OEM operational company portal. As a consultant and coach I have utilized the breadth of my abilities to help individuals deal with major life changing events and companies capitalize on opportunity. This has included career / life change coaching, end of life advocacy and special needs advocacy.
