I am passionate about Animation, Leadership, Management and the Player Experience and I strive to meaningfully connect each in support of project goals and player needs. I also firmly believe that making games should be as fun as playing them and do what I can to foster a positive, supportive and FUN team culture.As an Animation Director, it is my job to build and support the team to deliver on the creative ambitions of the project in a healthy and sustainable way. That means providing consistent creative direction and feedback to the animators, aligning individual skill sets and experience with new opportunities across the project and advocating for tools and workflow improvements to better help the team achieve the aesthetic and creative goals of a project.Over the course of many years as a leader and manager, I have learned that there is always more to learn. Each new interaction, person and project helps me understand areas and opportunities for growth in this arena to better support the team around me to do their best work.
