•  Work with Account Executives on qualified prospects. Prepare and market new and defined renewal business in conjunction with designated Account Executives to include;
• identifying all necessary information and analyzing the current program,
• preparing submissions to include applications and various support documents,
• favorable presenting of the account,
• and to aggressively work in obtaining a compelling program,
• prepare a proposal with designated Account Executives input.  Maintain an organized marketing file that provides Account Managers with clear and accurate information to ensure a smooth issuance, including all required.

•  Maintains dedication to professional client service and operates as an effective partner with clients to include, but not limited to the following:
• consistently available for client inquiries, as well as responds to client requests in a timely and professional manner
• maintains an awareness of all client service issues
• researches and investigates client insurance issues Proactively addresses issues and opportunities for enhanced service. Investigates and identifies appropriate resources to resolve complex insurance issues ensuring.

 Prepares client renewal reviews and applications, orders renewals, and ensures accurate invoicing, as well as, the completion of required documents. Evaluate and recommend insurance options for clients. Accountable for account accuracy by ensuring that on-line customer information, as well as items received by carriers are accurate and current to.
