Pat Scully - has created the Securities Lending Operations from scratch. This covered revenue generation, risk management, creating procedures to avoid Securities Lending interfering with other operations. He arrived in ILIM without knowing what securities lending was and building from scratch the processes and procedures that maximised revenue while managing risk – so that there have been no losses on the past 13 years. I have been the point of contact and source of information for the product within ILIM. I have been employed as a securities lending specialist, but worked in other roles- creating a collateral management function-
