My approach to life is simple: never be afraid to try new things, and always ask how they can be done better/faster/leaner/smarter.It’s a strategy that grew my career from an entry level sales associate at a national retailer to a strategic decision maker for a $50MM ecommerce segment.It’s a strategy that won an underdog political campaign which I managed, despite being outspent 3-1 by a long-established incumbent.It’s a strategy that I applied in management consulting, significantly reducing clients' operational expenses while improving their process outcomes.Even for my hobbies, it’s a strategy that has allowed me to perform music across the country, everywhere from the prestigious Lincoln Center in New York City to the legendary Viper Room in Los Angeles.Now I'm getting to combine all of those experiences (and a Kelley MBA to boot) in managing the guitar accessories category for the world's most customer-centric MI retailer, Sweetwater. It's truly living the dream to be able to combine musical passions with business acumen!
