Patrick K. Haro is a native of Santa Clara, California and was a Drum Major of the DCI World Champion Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps before beginning his career as an Apprentice with a leading Silicon Valley retained executive search firm in 1984. Later, Mr. Haro lived abroad for 16 years (Hong Kong & Singapore) where he led the Asia Pacific Region & India for an international retained executive search firm before repatriating to the United States to lead their Americas & EMEA Regions. As a Gig Economy Leader, Mr. Haro developed an online platform providing DIY Party Hosts with Day-of-Event help, while providing thousands of top Food & Beverage Professionals with the means to participate in the Gig Economy. He is an advocate of the “Side Hustle” as a means to reduce workforce income inequality by providing salaried employees with access to the benefits of Gig Economy participation.As a senior leadership team member of the world's fastest growing vape device company, he led the global transformation of the tobacco industry during the rapid replacement of cigarette consumption with reduced-risk products (vape devices, NIC pouches) as better alternatives for adult smokers.Mr. Haro received a Bachelor of Science (Organizational Behavior) from the University of San Francisco, an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute and is an Advanced Sommelier Candidate with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
