I have more than 16 years of customer service experience in call centers ranging from banks to technical support. Managing a small online business in the wedding industry keeps me abreast of current trends relating to marketing and the nuptial needs of couples. As I continue to update my skill sets to maintain my effectiveness in any job setting for which I am considered, I am placing my focus on attaining my Doctorate of Education (Ed D) in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in organizational development. I will forever be interested in advancing the education of our future world citizens. My next phase career goal is to become an collegiate level educator, education consultant or corporate trainer.
