Responsible for directing and managing a solar business development team to deliver the investment target; identifying and engaging project development and execution partners; developing presentations and proposals for over 150 potential industrial customers; preparing and negotiating project agreements including private PPAs and EPC contracts for more than 40 MW executed solar projects; performing technical and financial due diligence for the project; developing projects from feasibility study to EPC contractor selection; building and maintaining good relationships with contractors, government and regulatory bodies and other relevant market participants. Carried out technical due diligence including key technology review, EPC contract review, plant performance review, and O&M practice review on two solar PV plants which is being operated in Vietnam. Key executed projects- 4.8MW Solar PV Carpark project, Thailand, SAIC MOTOR-CP Co., Ltd (2019). The project involves the installation of a solar carpark facility on the MG cars manufacturing plant carpark area in Rayong, Thailand. It is considered to be the largest solar carpark in Thailand with the total roof area of 31,000 square meters and provide shading for approximately 2,000 vehicles. - 4.99MW Solar farm and floating project, Thailand, Wisewoods Co., Ltd (2019). The project involves the installation of 3.73 MW solar farm and 1.26 MW solar floating on Wisewoods manufacturing plant in Phetchaburi, Thailand. - 1.62MW Solar PV Rooftop project, Thailand, Asno Horie (Thailand), Ltd (2019). - 1.58MW Solar PV Rooftop project, Thailand, Danieli Co.,Ltd (2018). . - 799kW Solar PV Rooftop project, Thailand, ZF Lemforder (Thailand) Co.,Ltd (2018).

Employed within the Power Hydro and Renewable Division to work on feasibility studies, technical and financial due diligence, and technical advisory services for renewable energy projects in Thailand and across Asia Pacific. Responsible for developing teams working on technical and commercial aspects of solar power project development and maintaining relationship with new and existing clients. Business Development – worked as business development manager to develop and deliver the strategy for solar business development in Asia Pacific region. Core responsibilities include negotiating terms and conditions and closing commercial agreements with customers; identifying prospective clients and contacting them; preparing project proposals and contracts; and developing new and old clients to build customer loyalty. Project Management - worked as project manager for solar projects from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility, due diligence, construction monitoring and acceptance. Responsibilities include coordinating, planning, directing, and leading activities of projects to ensure goals, and objectives are accomplished within the timeframe and budget; being responsible for overall quality and management of project; supervising all staff (including consultant and administrative staff) assigned to projects to ensure it is on schedule and within budget; and developing template and tools for project management.

Responsible for account management under the Very Small Power Producer schemes (VSPP) through identification of business opportunities, execution of presentations, and contract negotiations, sales strategy and sales growth with focus on renewable energy technology projects including wind power, solar power, hydropower, biomass power and biogas power in Thailand. Additional responsibilities were to strengthen an exclusive partnership with PEA ENCOM, a stated-owned company wholly owned by the Provincial Electric Authority (PEA), and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to identify and bring renewable energy projects into programme of activities (PoA).

Directed daily operations of the Bangkok office including holding the full P&L responsibility. Developed customer partnerships and maintain customer relationship. Responsible for leading the team to meet all goals, milestone dates and deadlines through effective project management.

Worked as project manager for CDM and VCS eligibility assessment, project additionality, financial analysis, emission reductions estimation and Project Design Document (PDD) preparation as well as response to Designated Operational Entity (DOE) for project validation and verification, sustainable development analysis, monitoring report preparation and proceeding of carbon credits (CERs, VERs) issuance from UNFCCC and Verified Carbon Standard (VCS).

The role was to identify and assess energy use, quantify consumption and identify energy saving opportunities through conducting energy surveys, analyses, and monitoring of plants. Involved developing energy conservation plan and target reports, managing engineering and energy saving implementation.
