Who do you know who wants to feel older? That's what I thought ;) I am an online beauty & fitness specialist and an 18 year veteran Group Fitness Instructor at GoodLife Fitness. Being a part of both industries (Beauty, Health and Fitness-) is an absolutely perfect combination.Most importantly I am a wife, empty-nester mom and huge fan of networking, people-meeting and providing solutions to help those around me. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember- 17 years as a fitness instructor has taught me that people want to feel healthy, live with energy, and look great both inside and outside the gym. Diving deeper into skin care has introduced to understanding how to best take care of our largest organ... our skin... We all want to look the best we can, and that leads to confidence at any age. I'm beyond excited about my future as I look to expand locally and globally as my chance to "live better" and move into the next phase of my life achieving true success.I will do this and help others to do the same.
