Prepares Journal entries and reviews all reconciliations for accuracy and control. Preparing monthly reports Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as required from time to time Supervisory Responsibilities Provide and support management with data and information required for decision-making. Participates in special projects, audit controls and information gathering, and completes reporting as directed by CFO and finance executive manager. Managing excess and ageing stock report on a monthly basis. Coordinating for the import and export shipment of goods from the warehouse and purchasing team. Follow up with expenses (Demurrage, freight charges, clearance etc.) of each shipment as per incoterms. Assist Inventory management, cycle counts, follow the production cycle, cost of the production, and reconcile actual vs. system cost sheet. Following up with the procurement for the re-ordering process as well as the new product orders.
