- Deploy the integrated policies and set the objectives & action plans
- Identify the training requirements and conduct training sessions to the employees who are directly and indirectly effect to management systems
- Compliance to the statutory and regulatory requirements for the all management systems
- Coordinate the Management Reviews for all management systems
- Handle customer complaints
