Quality Assurance Manager
Current• Implement, maintain and continually improve the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, BS OHSAS 18001, HACCP and GMP management systems • Deploy the integrated policies and set the objectives & action plans • Identify the training requirements and conduct training sessions to the employees who are directly and indirectly effect to management systems • Compliance to the statutory and regulatory requirements for the all management systems • Coordinate the Management Reviews for all management systems • Handle customer complaints • Coordinate and conduct internal audits for all management systems • Coordination with suppliers for Quality related issues and conduct supplier audits • Coordinate, collect and analysis the customer satisfaction • Monitoring of all incoming materials • Coordinate the activities of the First Aid Fire Fighting• Personal hygiene monitoring • Monitoring of premises and equipment cleaning and disinfection. • Coordinate the annual medical checkups for the employees • Undertake standard bird husbandry practices which ensure the health and welfare of birds. This involves monitoring feed, water intake, body weights, and interpreting laboratory results, conducting clinical examinations and autopsies from time to time.• Control and co-ordinate all Broiler Farm activities for the achievement of short and long term business objectives and increased profit with Farm Managers.• Ensure strict compliance with the principles of quarantine and biosecurity of all farming operations.• Oversee the depopulation of broiler farms to ensure minimum losses, stress and the timely delivery to the processing plant• Undertake and supervise all necessary quality assurance procedures that comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and standards. • Assist in the development and maintenance of Safe Work Practices.Support and implement the Company’s Accident Prevention Program • Protecting the environment and maintaining biodiversity.
