Follows the loading plan as given by the Marine operations Supertendent or Pilot.Applies the loading plan of the FSO Palanca.Monitors and adjust of FSO Palanca Draft (Trim and List)Monitors the filling of the cargo tanksMonitors the inert gas system during tanker loading operations, crude oil washing, gasfreeing as well.Performs the preparation of the batch of oil by draining and pumping water overboarafter settling in the cargo tanks.Perform and monitors the offloading from FSO Palanca to incoming Tankers, keepingeffective communications and registers figures hourly on the log book.

Preventive maintenance of all Cargo systems of the unit. Specialy on the Pump room, replacement and repair if necessary namely Centrifugal pumps, wilden pumps, strainers, Valves or any other device in trobleshooting.Used appropiated tools to intervine padding pipeline flanges, replacement of gaskets also in valves and hatch bolted Daily changover of Cargo Oil tanks on the main deckDaily gauging of C.O.T for Ullage, interface and Temperature and before and after offloading as well.Sampling C.O.T for crude oil analisys on the lab. Weekly Sound of Ballast tank, checking of scuppers or any liquids on the deck n report C.Supv.Pre-check of all equipment before offloading such as test COP's in pump room, fans, SDV valves on Hull deck and half station, MOV valves in the Metering Skid.Used to Line up required Pumps Valves according to the required operations, offloading, COW, cargo transfers on pump roomIsolate valves, purge for preventive maintenance ande cleaning of strainers on the metering skidOperates the MOV on the Meter oil skid before offloading operations
