•Manage all phases of Recruitment Process from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, checking references, salary negotiations, offer extension and closing candidates •Manage Philanthropy Program, organize and coordinate events with outside partners•Organized HR documentation and Practices such as application forms, contracts to ensure compliance with all U.S Federal/State Employment Laws and Regulations

•Manage all phases of Recruitment Process including identification of job vacancy, may interviewing, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate and Disciplinary Procedures•Coordinate and supervise HR specialists in the Regional OSHEE sh.a Offices regarding employees relations.•Advising supervisors and other employees on Business and Employment Law, Employment Policies and Administrative Procedures•Organized HR documentation and practices such as application forms, contracts to fill gaps in compliance standards

•Conducted assigned seminar and supervision, evaluation of students projects and exams•Participation in Curriculum development activities and presentation of academic articles

•Prepare, organize and update case files in Business Law and Contract Law•Communicate directly with lawyers, courtroom staff members, clients

•Perform Research and analysis of routine notary legal issues •Participate in the preparation of legal contracts, deeds, leases and other legal papers of a routine nature
