And over the decades, my work, in one form or the other, has nurtured my love of the narrative. I have seen the far-reaching impact of powerfully told stories. It is what led me to choose the narrative approach and to bring story to my coaching practice.Having worked at three global financial services powerhouses with fifty CEOs, scores of other C-suite executives and over a hundred senior bankers, I have gained deep insights about the challenges of being in high-stakes, high pressure situations. Simply put, I have been there and know what it feels like. What I learnt informs my coaching and helps establish a more empathetic connection with my executive coaching clients. As an ICF ACC coach, I have coached clients globally across sectors that include banking and financial services, fintech, technology and not-for-profit. I hold a degree in Psychology and have completed a course with the Institute of Narrative Therapy, U.K. COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTINGIn consulting with corporates and agencies, I am focused on mining the power of clear, honest communications on which solid reputations are built. I bring over twenty-five years of senior leadership experience in corporate communications covering India and Southeast Asia for global financial services firms, including Morgan Stanley, Fidelity International and BNP Paribas.My areas of expertise include reputation management, issues and crisis management, executive communications, internal communications and corporate philanthropy. In ESG communications my focus has been on sustainable finance, just transition and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
