My expertise is in assisting people to clarify the how, where and why of giving:) My work is to strategies & design impact driven sustainable projects for businesses & connecting social orgs with investors(Individual/corporates investing their resources for the betterment of society).Academically,I was Biotech student. It was a series of serendipitous events that led me to pursue M.Phil in Natural Resource Management from IIFM,Bhopal,where I found my passion to work for social change. My teachers & fellow classmates helped me understand & explore the dynamics of forestry, rural life & livelihood. Professionally,have interned with NGO,worked with reputed MNC & SME,have been part of MD’s core leadership team. Each opportunity gave me chance to 'don-a-new-hat' in over 9 years-from being Market Researcher to Skill Development Expert to representing MDs office to Social Impact Consultant. It was a big decision to move from stable salaried job & start on my own. My dad always said,never say no to learn new things. Each opportunity moved me from my comfort zone leading me towards developing new skillsets that help me today in understanding people’s issues with empathy & arrive at an appropriate solution.I aim to influence livelihood & migration scenario through my work. My goal is to connect with like-minded people,enable synergy for all stakeholders & accelerate pace of social development.
