Executive level Program Manager with 28 years of Construction, Project Management, Design, Advanced Planning and Estimating Experience. Having worked on hundreds of projects ranging in value from a few million dollars to over a billion dollars has allowed me develop a very unique skill set that includes: conceptual & advanced planning, budgeting, estimating and significant contract and project management experience. While at Bank of America, I consulted with the Critical Facility, Data Center, Vertical Construction, Mergers & Acquisitions and Retail Bank teams. I supported the portfolio globally, this included Estimating, Project Management and Design expertise on over $2B annually. I have significant experience in overseeing and guiding professional staff, consultants and diverse functional units within complex organizations. Other processes I managed include issuing and responding to RFP’s, which include services for Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Consultants and Commissioning. In addition I have led major initiatives to purchase long lead equipment, commodities and services on an enterprise level. Prior experience also included orchestrating all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial conceptual definition through design; construction and start-up for major projects in healthcare, mixed use projects, entertainment; and complex commercial construction projects. My services have also been deployed to recover troubled projects, and in many situations this restored client trust and generated additional business opportunities.
