In addition negotiation/communication classes that range from half day to all day programs, I teach a two day negotiation class designed to help real estate agents become better negotiators for the benefit of their clients, and all others that they deal with, in addition to themselves. The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) is a recognized Real Estate Designation, which is owned and managed by Negotiation Expertise, LLC of Peoria, AZ. The CNE course is also approved for 15 continuing education clock hour credits in Washington State as well as many other states throughout the US. Although this program is directed at the real estate industry, the negotiation skills taught can be applied to any industry or situation. Individual training programs can be designed for almost any application.
