In 1975, I founded my business Keating & Associates in Manhattan, Kansas. Today, as this business thrives across the U.S., my passion is continuing to coach business owners to step into gaining more freedom and enjoyment in their entrepreneurial lives. From the beginning, I’ve wanted to work with people who owned their own businesses. The pursuit of their success was always intriguing to me, and I always felt inspired helping them achieve their objectives. I still feel that way. My clients are primarily closely-held business owners who are coachable. I help them to navigate their biggest challenges and capture their brightest and most exciting opportunities, while giving them the roadmap to increased freedom in their time and relationships.I put these same values into practice every day, whether traveling to see my children and grandchildren, exploring the sights in Ireland, or sitting on my deck in Vail enjoying wine with my wife.
