Coordinate with key decision-makers and clients to identify needs and facilitate the development of customized interviews and 360 assessments providing strategic insights to enable executives to transform from good leaders to great leaders. Key Contributions• Provided strategic coaching to 25+ individuals, including coaching a female executive to be more strategic and less tactical while increasing confidence and advocacy for her organization’s capabilities; client achieved promotion to Vice President.• Advised a Senior Product Line Director, known for being a challenging team player, to improve relationships with manufacturing teams, secured promotion with a more significant role and increased visibility across the company. • Worked with an underperforming factory leadership team. Assessed the team and each individual and developed an action plan for the division leadership to reassign and move team members to new roles; the plant is now meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
