Responsibilities:• Provide Technical Solutions on RF Products and Components of Comba to support respective Account Managers for the Sales and Business Development activities in Middle East and part of North Africa (MENA).• Facilitate and supervise end-to-end Proof of Concept/Trial Procedure of Comba equipment and solution across the customer in MENA Region which include Site Survey, Installation, Commissioning until generation of overall test results. These products and solution include Repeaters, Active and Passive DAS Products, ORAN RRUs, Base Station Antenna, etc.• Conducts technical trainings on Comba Products for the Clients and internal Comba personnel.• Support in the technical evaluation of Tenders, RFP, RFI and RFQ related to 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G network requirements, and generate the corresponding technical solution and responses. • Coordinate the Client’s requirement with the Comba Product Managers, and come up with the suitable technical proposal for the Client’s requirements.• Engage in meetings and conducts product & indoor and outdoor solution presentation to the existing and prospect Clients regarding Comba’s offering such as Base Station Antenna System, IBS Passive Products (Indoor Antenna, Combiners, Splitters Couplers, Feeder System and Ancillaries), IBS Active Solutions (such as Comba ComFlex Pro), and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) for wireless broadband solution, etc. • Commissioning of equipment installed at Client premise or by remote access support. Testing and validating the performance using network tools.• Support the Clients with Comba products, particularly in operational procedures, technical issues, troubleshooting and rectification.• Assist operations team to deliver the products to the Clients.

AResponsibilities in MVNO Operations:• Generate and Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the Change Request (CR) Validation.• Manage Technical Helpdesk Team receiving and handling complaints.• Oversee Continuous Process Improvement in handling complaints and network performance.• Generate weekly reports of the Technical Helpdesk and present to management.• Attend, investigate and escalate Customer complaint to MNO partner with regards to RF related issues.Responsibilities in RF Engineering:• Conduct outdoor RF optimisation, signal verification and data collection of CDMA2000 1x and EVDO using Agilent E6474A-X.• Analysis and generation of Drive Test Reports in Actix Software.• Monitor OMC Statistics, neighbour list, alarms and other BTS parameters in Huawei Service Maintenance System and iManagerM2000.• Release work orders (recommendations) based on the analysis from the Drive Test Report, OMC statistics and alarm to rectify BTS with failing KPI.• Attend, investigate and provide network adjustments/recommendations for customer complaints.• Conduct Radio Frequency Interference Scanning.• Generate high level planning and budget requirement for WCDMA and LTE.• Manage and schedules the contractors responsible for the Telecom Equipment Pull-out Project.

ARF Planning Responsibility:• Conduct Radio Network Planning of Outdoor Sites for CDMA2000 1x and EVDO.• Verify generated BTS sites nominal locations via Aircom Asset 3G version 6 (with Siradel Volcano Module) Coverage Prediction Tool.• Generate Search Rings for the Outdoor BTS Roll-outs.• Perform Site Survey and Validation of possible candidate for a new site.• Review, Evaluate and Approve Technical Site Survey Report of the new sites• Determine full BTS specifications and parameters for new sites such as Antenna height, azimuth, tilt, and feeder length, Site and Cell ID, PN, LAC, Neighbour List, BTS Configurations.• Support Quality Assurance Department during Type Approval Testing of Indoor and Outdoor RF Repeaters.• Provide a network solution and network design base on Marketing Requirements and come-up with the cost estimate for the case study.• Generate studies for possible and feasible solution of network problems on both indoor and outdoor.• Provide In-Building Solution design and cost estimate for marketing department’s case studies.RF Optimisation Responsibility:• Conduct outdoor RF optimisation, signal verification and data collection for CDMA 2000 1x and EVDO carrier for Huawei and ZTE network.• Perform second carrier upgrade for both 1x and EVDO congested sites.• Perform pre-drivetest and post-drivetest for sites with antenna and parameter adjustment to resolve pilot pollution, and coverage overlapping.
