After a 30-year career as a diversified financial services executive and board chair for multiple operating companies, I transitioned to a portfolio of activities in which I am most accomplished and have the greatest passion.Helping organizations transition from their present state to their strategic future is the foundation of my board and executive experience. To accomplish this, my work focuses on governance leadership and engaging with executives and their teams.I have in-depth experience in financial services, public policy, and growing Hispanic markets.
