Responsible for creating maintenance schedules, developing and supporting employees, recruiting and staffing, performance management and relationship building. I work with factory managers, engineers and technicians to ensure the factory meets its established goals and objectives.

Responsible for all aspects of shift performance, including Safety, Quality, High Precision Maintenance, Output, People, Equipment, Shift health/morale and manufacturing operation excellence systems to optimize high-volume manufacturing. Lead factory continuous improvement via Kaizen events. Support and train a LEAN culture and drive initiatives within daily operations as well as projects and non-factory processes. Develop business solutions that contribute to cost reductions by utilizing the tool re-use process. Qualify new and/or utilizing qualified alternative sources to repair refurbish or replace parts on the factories current fleet of tools. Create and implement manufacturing processes and systems with a focus on factory output for factory start-up.
