Workforce Development Expert in Career and Professional Education/ Economic Development. Currently Associate Vice President for Professional Education and Assistant Provost for Engaged Learning in the School of Professional Development and Executive Director of The Center for Corporate Education. A nationally-recognized university workforce leader, I conduct forums with labor, education and industry on skill gaps, transitional professionals and emerging jobs. I also serve on Governor Cuomo’s Long Island Regional Economic Development Council's Workforce and Education Group and have consulted for the Federal Department of Labor. I designed the global award winning “Wall Street and Beyond Transitional Professional Program,” serving over 2,000 professionals. Facilitated national and regional forums on strategic planning for workforce development; fostered large-scale collaboration of business education and economic development. co-authored of book, "Enhancing Creativity in Adult and Continuing Education." In 2018, the Center for Corporate Education launched the Women in STEM Executive Leadership Program. I present nationally and internationally on the university’s role in workforce and economic development and hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and a Master’s from Stony Brook University.
