CurrentI am a Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Deft IR, an Automated Remote Systems Integrator consultancy business focused on digital strategy, process automation, revenue reengineering with astute focus on profitability. My specialty is helping private practice owners with systemisation of their daily practice management duties, retention of clients and increase in the number of new clients as well as automating their administrative repetitive tasks, allowing the practice owner to decrease costs whilst scaling their practices without growing overhead. My experience as digital channel specialists serving practice owners and a listed financial institution with systemisation of processes including automation of accounting work and digital transformation, has enabled me to help private practice owners become more profitable and achieve peace of mind.
