I am the former President & CEO of Community Bank, an independent, locally-owned, full service commercial bank. I am now retired from the Bank, following the naming of our new CEO, John Montgomery, in August 2020. Community Bank is now 120 years old and has almost $1,500,000,000 in assets. Community Bank is registered with the SEC and trades on NASDAQ under the symbol CBFV. The Bank has received national recognition for its many community endeavors, especially including its outreach efforts attempting to connect the local business community with the Marcellus Shale Gas play. I was heavily involved in a number of community organizations and non-profits, particularly with regard to economic development. I was the Past-Chair of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, the Pittsburgh region's second largest chamber. I am also a lawyer, licensed in Pennsylvania (now inactive status). Following my retirement as an employee and as a director of the Bank and its holding company, CB Financial Services, Inc., I moved to Sheridan Wyoming. In January 2020 the Board asked me to again assume the role of President & CEO following the resignation of the then CEO. I served in this position until August 2020, when the Bank named its new CEO, John Montgomery.
