Lead the change management and employee development aspects of projects & initiatives within Sodexo's North America Finance organization.• Leading a team to drive the change management efforts to support the Finance organization’s transformation to become more effective and efficient service delivery model, supporting the company’s overall strategy and objectives.• Leading a team to drive the change management efforts to support North America’s transition to a new work force management system, ultimately impacting over 100,000 employees and impacting the organizations’ ability to optimally manage labor resources.• Led a team to drive the change management efforts for the North American organization to adopt the implementation of SAP and financial chart of account changes that were highly disruptive to the organization, impacting process, hierarchies, and financial reports that had been in place for over 30 years. • Lead the ongoing annual talent review process for the North American Finance organization, with the goal of creating visibility and mobility for high potential talent across the geography, breaking down operational segment silos, and identifying a pipeline for critical roles. • Developed and implemented the Finance Career Kit, which outlines the expected competencies for Finance professionals throughout the organization, and provides a way for them to evaluate their competencies, and to plot a career path that is right for their personal goals and capabilities. • Launched a career development training program that helped both employees and supervisors understand their role and the fundamentals of creating a professional career and development plan. • Implemented the Finance Challenger training program for North America, which builds critical capabilities for Finance professionals, enabling them to creatively challenge business partners to arrive at solutions that optimally impact business results.
