I am known for my passion for people and my leadership skills which have resulted in great successes during the course of my career in achieving and exceeding goals and objectives when others thought were not possible. As a board director, I bring an exceptional understanding of organizational effectiveness, and the complexed issues facing CEO and executive teams and boards in today’s ever changing landscape. My expertise in risk management comes from more than 30+ years of lending to businesses of all sizes, from large corporates to mid-market companies and across a wide variety of industries and geographies across Canada and internationally. I have been known as a champion of diversity and someone who values cultural differences, especially coming from a cultural community myself, I know how valuable this is to any team especially a board of directors. My experience leverages the deep experience in diverse geographies I have served: the Caribbean, Central America, and many different regions across Canada, including Québec. I have built an impeccable reputation and have the highest standards of business and professional ethics, which have been honed over 3 decades.
