-Responsible for understanding the job requirements/job orders of our clients to then identifying and matching the best possible candidates based upon the job requirements.-Candidate Identification process includes: -Sourcing qualified candidates from our database along other outlets (eg. Indeed,Monster,Workopolis etc.), -Pre-screening the candidates based on their resume and by phone or video-chat -Interviewing the candidate, evaluating and qualifying them based on their skills for the corresponding position or future opportunities. -Advise and coach candidates on critical interview techniques before their client interviews, which ensures that they are fully prepared for the expectations of our clients.-Performing references and background checks of candidates on behalf of the clients.-Act as median between client and candidate with regards to finale offers and on boarding procedures of new hires.
