Pat O'Donnell is a General Manager - North Florida Region at MATHESON ... the Gas Professionals (TM). He possess expertise in strategic planning, team building, six sigma, new business development, contract negotiation and 32 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I had no prior experience in the gas industry when I started at Noble Gas Solutions. Since my first day Pat supported me every step of the way. I’ve learned and I am continuously learning new things from him, and he is always available to answer my specific and sometimes not very easy questions. If he doesn’t know something, we research it together to find the answer. Pat is very patient in training me as far as operations department goes. He has been an invaluable source of information, as well as encouragement and support. His spirit of collaboration, teamwork and leadership are admirable. A couple of examples of his help: • When Pat and I work on a project he always takes the time to inquire if I do have understanding/knowledge of the specific industry topic we are discussing and if I don’t, he takes the time to immediately address that lack of knowledge, and educates me on the topic. He provides resources, overview and feedback when needed. • There were a couple of situations when Pat sensed I needed feedback/encouragement and he stepped up to the plate. I also appreciate that he instinctively recognizes whether I need a direct approach or “lead by example”. Not a lot of people are good at that and it really makes a difference. Working with Pat is very inspiring, as he profoundly cares about the company and that is contagious. Pat is very thorough and approaches situations and issues from a positive perspective, which makes it a pleasure to work with him. He is very well respected and liked by his peers and I am looking forward to collaborating with him for years to come."
