Supervise the trades and pilot room personnel for the bodyshop.Liaise between Production, Engineering, Materials and PQAD groups to find solutions to problems within the SPQRC structure. ( SAFETY, PEOPLE, QUALITY, RESPONSIVENESS, COST, ENVIRONMENT)Lead effective fault analysis teams to identify the root cause of the fault and generate actions to improve production productivity and maintenance uptime.Use Maximo to operate an effect preventative maintenance program.Use TPM system to predict possible breakdown events before they occur.Be proactive in the Bodyshop thoughput improvement process. Body Shop

Plan Maintenance activities and maintain the MAXIMO database.Improve the Maximo data base to achieve PM goals and drive the routine completion percentage.Champion Body shop Throughput Improvement activities by data analysis.Business plan deployment - 2IC for Responsiveness.Support and drive responsiveness action plans to completion.Use the Problem solving resolution process to collect data, root cause problems, find solutions and drive action plans to completion. Champion focus groups for continuous improvement opportunities.Liaise between Production, Engineering, Company representatives and senior management groups to plan, execute and validate work plans to achieve the required outcomes.Ensure Safety is the number one priority at all times and lead by example.Conduct risk assessments and audits.Lead effective fault analysis teams to identify the root cause of the fault and generate actions to improve production productivity and maintenance uptime.Plan and Supervise Contractor work for the Body shop maintenance group.Certificate of Compliance inspector on behalf of Holden.

Paint Shop

Manage the Dayshift Paint shop maintenance team and all maintenance functions. Supervise Electrical / Mechanical trades in the Holden Paint shop, ASRS, EMS (electro mono rail system) and Phosphate/Electro-coat facility.Monitor and report on Maintenance Key performance indicators. These include Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and cost.Promote and implement the Global Manufacturing System in the trades group. Develop team relationships to increase job satisfaction and productivity.Promote Holden's Diversity policy.Sustain a level of accountability to all trades and discipline when required.
