I am a hands-on experience design leader and creative director with over 25 years of experience building cross-disciplinary teams to help enterprises define user-centric products, improves processes, and create experiences that incorporate innovative tech to deliver business outcomes. Currently, I am an IBM Distinguished Designer and Partner for the IBM Consulting Financial Services Sector. In my role, I oversee design and innovation aspects for North America and perform duties as part of IBM’s design leadership. I’m a certified Enterprise Design Thinking Coach and Leader.I have led the delivery of human-centered experiences, enabled the adoption of human-centric ways of working, and operated as executive design leader for clients that include Bank of America, Barclays, and Edward Jones, amongst many others. Prior to joining IBM, I worked in agencies that include DigitasLBi and iris Worldwide, where I led the creation and delivery of award-winning experiences and campaigns across digital, mobile, social media, retail, experiential and traditional channels for world-class brands that include Puma, Bank of America, Sony, Diageo, Sony Ericsson, Adidas, Reebok, Anheuser-Busch, and Nokia. My work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, d&ad, The HATCH Awards, and the Addy’s, amongst others.I have been an Adjunct Professor at Lesley University College of Art and Design since 2019 and was an instructor at Miami Ad School from 2006 to 2013.
