Patrick S. “Pat” Pittard is Founder, and Chairman of PatrickPittard Advisors; a human capital advisory firm focusing on C-level leadership services including executive search, talent assessment, talent audits, and human capital consulting. Pat has been involved with is what he calls "Success Communities"-- Incubators, Accelerators, and Co-Working facilities. Pat is the retired CEO and Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (HSII), the world’s premier provider of executive-level search and leadership consulting services. Following HSII, he conceived and led ACT Bridge through its successful start-up. Bridge invented and installs Talent Supply Chain Management. In 2005, Pat's book "BearFoot: A Northbounder” was published, documenting his 2200 mile journey across the Appalachian Trail.Specialties: Pat is considered an expert in executive human capital matters.
