This leadership development program prepared me to be a future leader within Energizer's sales and marketing organization. During this time I was given unique exposure to the Consumer Goods (CPG) industry and sales cycle through strategic functional rotational assignments, executive round tables, cross-functional training & project management. At the end of the program, I was chosen as 1 of 3 associates to present the benefit and ROI of the program to VP and c-level executives.

I spent 4 years representing the St. Louis Cardinals organization through promotion, customer engagement and fundraising events. As the front lines of the marketing department, I worked hard to make sure sponsor's unique promotions were both effective and impactful. During my time with the Cardinals, I learned what it means to stay calm under pressure. Conducting in game interviews with both players and fans in front of +40,000 people taught me the importance of remaining calm and confident under pressure while creatively and quickly solving problems.
