Engaged and organized Beta testers to understand how to improve our content and delivery.Responsible for defining Bounce10’s approach to customer and market through brand positioning, detailed research of the UHNW market, channel identification, and demand generation strategies and sales enablement for D2C and B2B.Leader and owner of Bounce10’s operations, structure, and path to profitability:- Operations and Enablement: I act as project manager to align and direct the day-to-day efforts of our team and vendors, guide financial investments, select our tools for working, and own new process development and implementation.- Financial Planning & Fundraising: built and now manage a highly-detailed and integrated financial model that provides monthly visibility through break even and beyond.
