Role : Supervise , schedule and direct activities of assigned base ops and contractors personnel engaged in rotating and mechanical equipment maintenance offshore. This includes :Various maintenance ( planned and unplanned) , testing and overhauling jobs on rotating equipment and auxiliaries such as turbines , compressors , generators , diesel engines , pumps , coolers .....Typical operations include dismantling and replacement of turbines, alignment , instrumentation calibration , borescope inspection , assessing equipment condition for parts replacement or repair , reassembling and test checking.Investigation in cases of inadequate performances and repetitive malfunction of equipment in cooperation with the production team.Using company e-tools ( SAP/ PTW software ) to ensure proper planning of work and initiate requisition for spares and materiel required for maintenance jobs.Editing and issuing permits to work as a performing authority.
