CurrentI work to ensure clients have an understanding of all stages of the litigation process, the law and court rules that will influence the matter. At the outset, I help clients with interpreting contracts that may be at the center of the dispute. Once I have the underlying facts and have assessed the risk with the client, I will develop a litigation strategy. I conduct discovery, draft briefs, issue subpoenas, draft mediation statements, negotiate settlements and participate in the trial, and, if needed, engage in the appellate process.My law practice focuses on employment law disputes, including non-compete disputes, defending claims of discrimination, and post-employment disputes. I also have experience in general commercial disputes, ERISA litigation, construction litigation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and breach of contract matters.
