• Implement Schoology and Microsoft Teams training to team members to ensure the transition to virtual learning with fidelity.• Assist new team members with onboarding process, setting up gradebooks, and learning the virtual platform.• Plan, develop and facilitate activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and work time that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate. • Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students. • Communicate with parents/guardians to discuss the student's progress, plan a course of action, and to determine priorities for the student and their resource needs. • Modify the general education curriculum for students with disabilities, based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies. • Accommodate, develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of students with disabilities and students who need remediation . • Facilitated the SAILS online program through a hybrid instructional model, combining the professional pedagogical expertise of the certified teacher with dynamic properties of multimedia and digital content. • Support team members (academy and content team members).• Maintain an open line of communication with academy stakeholders.
