Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer working as a Plant Layout and Materials Engineer at Sterling Axle Plant. Responsible for Equipment Asset Control, Design & Maintain Layouts, support New & Existing Model Programs installation as it pertains to the plant. Work very closely with Global Management and create databases to support process flows created to support the business. 3D Printing and 3D scanning, 3D reengineering using Inventor and some Solidworks. Support document management, create standard and process for the plant and support engineers though the 3D process while utilizing the FPS (Ford Production Systems) guidelines and procedures. Train engineers, management and skills trade on 3D Printing & 3D scanning to help aid in new innovation to Sterling also to enhance the Engineering experience with interested Engineers. Received Design Thinking Training and used this skill to serve on the Plant Culture Team and assist the DEI team where I have a certificate in DEI in Manufacturing Environment. I currently support a team to handle the 3D Printing for the plant.

As a Project Engineer at Ford Motor Company, I provided teaching and support for Teamcenter Manufacturing Engineering to Manufacturing Engineers. My responsibilities included conducting training sessions and providing support to the Global Manufacturing Operations team on DPA5 Methods and Process Flows while utilizing Teamcenter Engineering and E2ks. This covered various areas such as Static Analysis, Dynamic Simulation, Teamcenter Based DPA5, and VisMockup.In addition, I instructed the Body Construction team on creating, reviewing, and maintaining Weld Guns and Robot workstations using RobCAD and FIDES, with data extraction from Teamcenter. I also provided training and help desk support to Manufacturing Engineers on Maintaining Data for Structures, Operations, Allocating Product Welds & Resources, Creating Static Studies, Structures, and Simulations to the existing and new vehicle Programs and Model Years.Furthermore, I contributed to Ergo checks using the DPA5 process for various vehicle programs, including scoring and deep dives, and became a Teamcenter resource to the Ergo team. I have experience working with the Jack Software. I also conducted hands-on work with Static Human Models and Static Hands to determine clearance and reach for installing components on various vehicles.Lastly, I collaborated with Body, Paint, Final, and Core Manufacturing to understand work flows and processes to better support VOME with hands-on training and support.

I worked as an Adjunct Instructor, providing training on different Autodesk products such as Materials and Processes, Viz, and Process Writing. In addition, I also tutored students in Math, Physics, and Language Arts.My teaching was focused on the School of Drafting and Design, where I taught 3D Studio Viz 2006, Rapid Visualization, and Architectural Drafting using AutoCAD 2006. I created instructional materials that provided building-specific information on how to create, design, and maintain architectural drawings while adhering to AIA standards and enhance the learning experience.

In my role leveraging my Industrial Engineering (I.E.) experience, I have been responsible for the creation and upkeep of Factory and Facilities drawings, incorporating essential information into plant drawing files and adhering to company standards. My tasks have included working with processes and equipment, conducting flow analysis, and employing animation techniques to ensure proper clearances. Additionally, I have audited drawings to ensure compliance with established drawing standards and identify any errors. Throughout these activities, I have utilized various software tools such as NX 2 & 3, AutoCAD, FactoryCAD, Architectural Desktop, TeamCenter, VisMockup, and several course designing programs.

In a part-time role, I coordinated training classes and taught CAD to major businesses.
