I serve as a key team member at Lovell, particularly in the area of project management. I regularly interface with both clients and account team members, contributing to strategy development, research, execution and monitoring of campaigns and communications initiatives for our clients across the country. I also support the development of junior staff members and help manage internal initiatives.In my work, I produce a wide range of content for clients including media statements, bylined content, social media content, newsletters, internal communications and related projects. I conduct research to support client strategy; contribute to communication plan and campaign development; help amplify client thought leadership and branding efforts with social media and digital strategy development and execution; lead client calls; prepare meeting agendas and reports to ensure client needs are understood and met; manage monthly reporting for respective clients and projects, including KPI measurement reports; apply current and emerging business trends to support client needs and generate appropriate strategies; assist senior colleagues in staffing projects, assigning team responsibilities, identify potential crisis situations for clients, and advise budget issues; provide constructive editing and instructive feedback to account team members and junior colleagues.Works diligently to meet billable performance goals and monitor account team performance; and I support business development efforts, new client intake and onboarding, and CRM maintenance.

I collaborate with my team to identify, develop and distribute engaging content and messages throughout the organization and into the public domain. This includes content development for the comprehensive annual report, website, press releases, grant award announcements, internal communications and outreach materials. I consistently brainstorm with departmental and executive leadership to highlight the initiatives, stories and innovations that make our organization unique.I track engagement and develop a deep understanding of the existing and potential digital landscape to reach potential residents, patients and community partners through sharing of unique, interesting content. I also serve as a copy editor for special projects outside of the Marketing and Communications Department and pitch in as needed to craft content on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms and audiences, including website articles, social media updates, case studies/ white papers, newsletters, reports, external communication materials, including corporate publications, ads and brochures, etc. I write, design and execute effective internal communications, including bi-weekly e-newsletter and special announcements as necessary. I’m responsible for developing an editorial calendar to align with organizational ebbs and flows and staying up to date with best practices in Marketing and Communications to generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention. I also build and maintain strong relationships with teammates, vendors and community partners to develop new ideas and strategies and professionally interact with partners on behalf of the organization.

I worked my way up from a clerk to a senior writer and copy editor at a Pulitzer prize-winning daily newspaper with a circulation of 70,000+, while also supporting its affiliated media outlets (free weekly alternative, national and regional radio stations, other niche publications) with engaging content. I collected numerous awards along the way for my work, including Journalist of the Year (2019) as recognized by the Pennsylvania Women's Press Association.
