Metro Jacksonville

Serve as the inaugural Director of Student Inclusion with primary responsibilities of creation of mission, vision and goals for the office. Serve as an integral part in the ongoing development of educational opportunities for all students within the Jacksonville University community on matters related to race, cultural diversity, equity and inclusion. Develop training, programming and educational opportunities for faculty, staff and students.

Denton, Texas

Coordinate and facilitate co-curricular and curricular leadership education through programs, conferences, workshops, classes and retreats. Serve as Program Coordinator for the LeaderShape Institute. Advise student organizations. Directly supervise one graduate assistant. Create assessments for the improvement of programs.

Fort Lauderdale, Fl

Assisted in the daily management and operation of the Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council and Unified Greek Council while advising 12 chapters. Revised and implemented membership intake paperwork and processes. Advised the Panhellenic recruitment team through Interactive Collegiate Solutions for formal recruitment. Facilitated workshops for the community on risk management and career development.

Fort Lauderdale, Fl

Collaborated with the Student Affairs Coordinators at the six Student Educational Centers (SECs) throughout Florida to create workshops and programming for their specific student populations on site and through video conference. Implemented and maintain social networking sites with fellow graduate assistant. Function as the primary career adviser for the students at the SECs. Developed and implemented marketing plans with Campus Relations team for outreach to students at the main campus and SECs

Jacksonville, Florida Area

Scheduled, coordinated and presented job readiness workshops in high schools, social services agencies and faith-based organizations. Recruited, trained and placed 60 student interns from Career Academies through the six-county region under a grant program. Assisted with recruitment and interviewing of students for City of Jacksonville summer job program at six Duval County Public high schools.
