The Administrative Manager is a key partner with clients and Financial Advisors in risk management to ensure risk is appropriately managed. The Administrative Manager is an integral member of the Office Management Team (OMT), and is responsible for a variety of supervision, compliance, and risk management functions. Many of these functions are focused on managing risk in client outcomes, partnering with the Market Executive and coaching the Financial Advisor. The Administrative Manager operates with minimal guidance, monitors adherence to policies, acts as the independent voice on risk, supports the company's business objectives, and contributes to branch office profitability by influencing FA business practices in ways that minimize regulatory, financial and reputational risks.

• Execute on the Enterprise Vendor Management Policy which establishes minimum requirements for the planning, sourcing, and management of Vendors, and for the governance and oversight of vendor management risk.• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to standards and monitor and escalate vendor risks and issues.• Manage a portfolio of technology and operations vendors, which includes a critical technology vendor with annual costs of $40,000,000, by interacting with internal bank clients and the vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms, monitor performance and develop a relationship that is beneficial to both the bank and the vendors.• Prepare monthly risk and control reports on the vendor portfolio to monitor risk metrics, vendor distribution and spend, and vendor program adherence.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies based upon needs of the business partner, Global Product Solutions, and Supply Chain Management strategic direction. Supports the Strategic Sourcing End-to-End process from requirements development through contract development, review and execution. Negotiate legal agreements with suppliers working with Risk and Legal, as needed. Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and business partners to provide quality service delivery and minimize supplier risk.

Provided legal support to the management liability division as the primary legal contact for three regional offices. Drafted insurance contracts and non-disclosure agreements. Addressed regulatory and compliance issues. Assisted underwriting staff in marketing insurance products to the brokerage community and prospective insureds. Responsible for management and coaching of one junior attorney.

Negotiated Master and Security Agreements with counterparties with guidance from the Legal and Credit Management Departments.
