I head the Equity and Inclusion department where we support the Greater Cleveland Partnership's overall strategy to strengthen our region. My department is charged with scaling minority-owned businesses, increasing diversity in middle and high-wage positions, and supporting digital equity in our region.
Developing our team's vision and leading the implementation of our strategic plan was paramount, allowing me to improve our dashboard. I initiated our equity and inclusion efforts by increasing diverse business owners in the program. I developed a hiring process to recruit talented staff and faculty. I also managed the budget and oversaw daily operations.
