Working as a solution architect on defining complete architecture and integration point of IT solutions including iOS mobile solution. Selection of a Board Portal software including an iPad application that will let the board members download, read and annotate documents.

Support the IT team for deploying iPad to executives and corporate employees. Identified more than 20 iPad integration points including MS Exchange integration, VPN and application purchase procedure.Using iPhone Configuration Utility, configuration profile are implemented to iOS device and commercial iOS application buying process was defined in order to let end-users install application for Apple App Store over-the-air.Also, defined deployment strategy and uses cases for IT and business processes.

Reviewed iOS application structure (iPNP iPhone/iPod touch app for Canada and France) and web services. Identified development challenges and guidelines as well as architecture recommendations including In App Purchase integration & HTTP Live Streaming. As part of an enterprise iOS app project, documentation of the security architecture (LADPS and Apache sessions) and integration of an iOS app with WordPress and Podcast Producer. Recommended development of personalized Podcast Producer workflows including integration of HTTP Live Streaming for video broadcast. Documentation of all workflows between servers, services and iPhones. Definition of the build and deployment process from the Enterprise iOS Portal and Over The Air (OTA) deployment of provisioning profile with the iOS application within an internal enterprise web site.

Reviewed iPhone app screens design, application structure, links with internal systems and business needs. I also develop a director plan (statement of direction) for the first iPhone app and potential other iPhone and iPad apps during a period of 6-9 months. As part as a larger strategic initiative, I was responsible to document a feasibility study on implementing multi-currency within the bank's accounting systems and all related transaction systems. The study covered an analysis of the existing situation, solution scenarios, recommendations, impact analysis, efforts and costs estimates, high level timeline and short term action plan.An estimation model was developed and with the IT group support, the final estimations were challenged based on the bank's internal estimations models and best practices for such large project.This strategic project was presented to the bank's CFO, Finances VP and Chief Accountant.

Reviewed all iPhone app screens and proposed changes and recommandations. Designed all recommended screens and sections that should be added to the target application. Finally, identified development strategy and best practices on iOS 4.

Analyze Market Risk VaR systems and documented target solution for implementing changes for new Stressed VaR calculations. More than 15 systems were impacted and the overall architecture identified all modifications per systems including testing strategy. Finally, the detailed architecture was presented to the Architecture Review Board of the bank for approval.

Manage all testing activities for an end-to-end BI solution part of the Basel Program. The implementation of Stress Testing scenarios requires all systems to be tested seperately by development teams and integrated tests are performed based on business requirements and expected results. Tests are performed under development and acceptance tests technical environments.The end-to-end solution includes:- Risk Weighted Assets integration system- Algo from Algorithmics- FRS- Risk Data Mart

Supervised a team of solutions architects to implement an end-to-end BI solution that calculate RWA, BCAR and CDR reports.

Worked on several initiatives as a corporate architect, supporting NBC business teams to define their IT needs and align the solution architecture with corporate vision and standard. The main projects were covering CRM system RFP, Import/Export system RFP and enterprise architecture definition for the commercial sector.

Reviewed an existing clients's Apple IT infrastructure and provided recommendations to reinforce servers and storage robustness.

Developped an iPhone go-to-market strategy for commercial/enterprise markets in Canada. With support from Apple Canada, the plan include specific activities and recommendations per market segments as well as how Rogers sales force will work with Apple's partners to sell iPhone within enterprises accounts.
