Responsible for performing loan level servicing reviews on residential loan pool acquisitions by utilizing servicing notes, court pleadings and public records. Collect and reviews FCL/BK, eviction and loss mitigation activities of loan servicers and law firm vendors through exception reports to ensure timely and efficient completion of all default servicing processes. Correspond with the loan servicers and law firm vendors to request information for investor reporting. Provides timely and accurate information, documents and instructions to loan servicers and law firm vendors to ensure appropriate and efficient resolution of default servicing processes are completed. Identifies opportunities and advise management of process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Actively participate in system/technology related projects such as design, analysis, testing, and implementation aspects of enhancements made to the Due Diligence System

Respond to escalated research, audits and compliance request within specific SLA. Performed reconciliation audits to ensure standards are met and identify process breakdowns.
