I felt I was doing something important then, and now I find meaning and purpose by sharing the light of hope with those struggling to find their way thru dark times. I received advanced training in heart-centered hypnotherapy, spiritual direction, and trauma-informed care. My therapeutic approach is holistic, eclectic, and collaborative.As a companion on the journey and a fellow student of life, I bear witness to human suffering with compassion and unconditional acceptance. I work especially well with people experiencing issues with anxiety, grief, life transitions, and T/trauma.
